What can I expect from the consultations?

Pre-Consultation - 15 Minutes Discovery Call

  • Understand your needs, challenges, and obstacles.

  • Evaluate if we are the right fit for each other.

 Step 1 - Initial Assessment (75-90 Minutes)

  • Discuss your health concerns, as well as personal and family medical histories in depth.

  • Review your current medications and supplements.

  • Examine your diet and lifestyle (work, exercise, sleep, routines, etc.).

  • Evaluate exposure to environmental toxins.

  • Discuss necessary lab work.

  • Receive a preliminary wellness plan, which will be expanded into a comprehensive plan once lab results are available.

Step 2 - Personalized Lab Work

  • Schedule an appointment with one of the designated labs in your area.

  • If functional and genetic tests are required, we’ll guide you through the process of ordering, sample collection, and shipping.

Step 3 - Lab Analysis & Personalized Wellness Plan (60 minutes)

  • Once lab results are available, we’ll arrange a second appointment to discuss findings.

  • Receive a Health Discovery Report that consist of a comprehensive lab analysis and a mind map to visualize the overall picture, understand the evolution of your health issues, and identify how symptoms and functional problems are interconnected.

  • Obtain a personalized wellness plan, which may include: exercise and movement routines, sleep optimization, dietary recommendations, supplements, detoxification protocols, mental and emotional health strategies, self-care skills, and daily routines.

Step 4 - Self-Care System

  • During follow-up appointments (30 minutes or 60 minutes), we’ll combine consulting and coaching to help you establish a system of healthy habits, self-care skills, and tools to support your overall wellness.

  • Gain knowledge, skills, and tools for daily and long-term wellness maintenance.

  • The goal is to equip you with effective strategies and tools, empowering you to become an expert in maintaining and optimizing your health.
