About Me

I'm a Washington-licensed naturopathic doctor providing online consultations and health education to clients in Washington State and Taiwan. I work with health-conscious women experiencing persistent fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, or chronic symptoms that haven't resolved despite normal lab results and genuine effort.

Over the past decade working with clients across different countries and stages of life, I've noticed a consistent pattern: most people who come to me aren't lacking information or motivation. They're lacking a clear picture of what may be driving their symptoms, and a framework for working with their body rather than against it.

My own health journey shaped how I approach this work. For years I tried to address my digestive and immune symptoms through diets, supplements, and protocols. They helped, but progress eventually plateaued. It was only when I stopped trying to fix myself and started genuinely listening to what my body was communicating — and began addressing the over-control, perfectionism, and pace of life underneath the surface — that things began to shift.

What once felt like frustrating, confusing symptoms became useful signals. I came to understand that certain symptoms were my body's way of asking me to slow down, accept my own limitations, and live in greater harmony with myself. That shift changed how I work with clients.

I practice from a naturopathic and functional perspective, helping clients learn to read their lab results through a functional lens and understand the patterns behind their symptoms, through both lab findings and daily observation. Rather than following rigid protocols, I use the THRIVE framework — a flexible, structured approach shaped by a decade of working with clients. It adapts to your specific context, history, and how your body responds.

Symptoms are rarely the problem. They are the body's way of pointing toward it. My work is to help you read those signals more clearly, understand what may be driving them, and build a way of living that supports genuine, long-term vitality.

Leave the analytical work to me. Your role is to slow down, observe, and reconnect with your body.
